*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment. *Responsibilities* - Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner - Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Manage office supplies and inventory levels *Requirements* - Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is advantageous - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with office management procedures
