It's perfect for anyone who is already in business and needs to update or make their business plan as well as those new to the world of entrepreneurship and wanting a practical introduction to the building blocks of starting and organizing a business.

We understand that you likely have a 9-5 job while working toward your business, so this class is set from 5-7PM.

• What is a Business Plan and why do I need one? Learn why a business plan is important and how it serves as a roadmap for your business.
• Choosing a Legal Structure: Get a basic understanding of the different types of business entities
• Gain an in-depth understanding of each component of the business plan
• Outlining Your Marketing Approach: Explore how to think about customers, branding, and outreach at a beginner level.
• Understanding the Numbers: Get introduced to basic financial considerations like startup costs and pricing.
• Planning for Growth: Hear simple strategies to help you think ahead as your business develops.
