The Humboldt Public Library will be hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Children's Library on Wednesday, May 28th at 11:30am. They invite the community to come out and celebrate with them. There will be a photo opportunity and refreshments will be served. Make plans to join in for this special occasion.
