Humboldt Chamber Hall of Fame 2026

Description

Join us Thursday, May 7th at 5PM for the Humboldt Chamber Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.

This year's class includes 

• Johnny Cyrus, longtime coach and educator in the Humboldt school system and public servant on multiple boards across the city including the Tom and OE Stigall museum and Boys and Girls Club.
• Carolyn Barnett, public servant on multiple boards and organizations throughout the years including the West TN Regional Art Center where she helped oversee the renovation of the Old City Hall Building.
• Steve Barnett, musician, director and Professor of Music who served at the University of Mississippi, Marshall University and the University of Tennessee at Martin among other locations.
• Darrell Uselton, professor of history and published author and biographer. Recent biographies include those of Jim Stricklin, Mayor of Memphis and Bill Morris, Mayor of Shelby County.  

The ceremony will take place at the First United Methodist Church in Humboldt at 5PM with a reception to follow.
