Here is your chance to spotlight the Humboldt Chamber members and businesses you think have been outstanding over the past year.
These are the individuals or businesses that made a difference in the lives of their customers, the City or Region...and we want to celebrate them. Who do you feel was outstanding? Give us their story - the story they won't tell themselves - and tell us why YOU think they were the BEST this year.
All nominations must be in by August 14, 2026. Winners will be announced at the 2026 Humboldt Chamber Banquet on September 24th.
Rules:
- No nominee may be awarded in consecutive years for any category, therefore the 2025 winners are ineligible to win this year. (See the last four years' winners below.)
- To be eligible for any award, the nominee must be a Member in good standing with the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce.

Please try to choose a nominee in each category. You do not have to do them all at one time, though. We've broken them down into separate forms, so you can do one now and others later if you wish.
