This is an educator of students at a public or private organization within the Humboldt city limits, from Pre-K through Grade 12. This can include educators in childcare/daycare facilities, preschools, public or private schools.

Nominees should demonstrate excellence in education, a deep commitment to student success, a supportive and caring attitude toward students and exhibit a definite skill and/or innovation in the field of education.

Rules:

• No nominee may be awarded in consecutive years for any category.  Last year's recipient was Libby Lynch. (See all of our previous winners HERE.)
• To be eligible for any award, the nominee must be a Member in good standing with the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce.
