Annual Humboldt Chamber Membership & Awards Banquet 2026

Description

Please join us on September 24th for our Annual Membership and Awards Banquet at the Humboldt Medical Center Conference Room. We can't wait to honor seven of our partner businesses with our coveted awards - voted on by their Chamber peers. We'll have a great time with fun, a silent auction and a great meal.

We're also accepting items for the silent auction and will be happy to pickup if needed. These do not have to be from your business and can include gift certificates or cards.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Presenting Sponsor - $750 (7 available)   

  • Reserved table for 8
  • On site signage: Custom signage will be created and displayed for this event. your businesses logo will be proudly shown as a presenting sponsor of this event.
  • Your logo and sponsorship listing will appear on the lobby screen at the Humboldt Chamber August- December 2025.
  • Four months of Chamber website banners (September-December), displayed prominently on the directory, jobs board and events pages.
  • Professional invitations will be designed and mailed to chamber membership. Your business logo will be included on these highlighting your sponsorship as well as in our newsletter and on the registration page and follow-up emails.
  • You and your guests will be treated to table service the night of the event, No need to leave your seat for anything!
  • Social media is key in getting your name in front of as many people as possible. Our social media pages have a large following and high number of reaches per post. Your business will be highlighted as a presenting sponsor through sponsored posts (ads) leading up to the event, as well as "THANK YOU" postings post event.

Partner Sponsor - $500 

  • Reserved seating for 8 – no table service
  • On site signage: Custom signage will be created and displayed for this event. Your businesses logo will be proudly shown as a partner sponsor of this event.
  • Your sponsorship listing will appear on the lobby screen at the Humboldt Chamber September - December 2025.
  • Three months of Chamber website banners (October-December), displayed prominently on the directory, jobs board and events pages.
  • Your business logo will be included in our newsletter and on the registration page and follow-up emails.
  • Social media is key in getting your name in front of as many people as possible. Our social media pages have a large following and high number of reaches per post. Your business will be highlighted as a Partner Sponsor through posts leading up to the event, as well as "THANK YOU" postings afterward.
